We were extremely pleased with the response to our inaugural Chef of the Year contest in 2017, when we invited four of the Okanagan’s top chefs to share their original recipes, featuring Ambrosia apples centre stage!
The best recipe, as voted by YOU was Chef Adair Scott from the Watermark Resort in Osoyoos with his delicious Apple Fritters.
This year, we’ve cast our net a little wider and rounded up four NEW chefs from British Columbia, who have sharpened their knives and their creative skills.
